Savannah took the best care of us before our flight. Great food and beverages but more importantly…an infectious smile and great personality. We will definitely come back to see Savannah on our next flight!

All praise Tim! Was catching an early flight and all the water dispensers were filling my water bottle with warm water. I stopped into Cross Grain and offered to buy a cup of ice. Tim hooked me up with a smile. Fabulous customer service. Made me actually want to stop and eat there. Love how big this little place is. Lots of table for an open air feel indoors.

Here for a quick bite before getting on my plane and Savannah took great care of me. She was very friendly and made sure I got my daughter's food before our flight left. Such a bright light and the bright spot of our day. Definitely go visit Savannah if you're at the Richmond airport. She will take great care of you.

Shout out to Mike D! He was friendly and got my order in quickly while also managing the entire restaurant to himself, making sure everyone was welcomed and served quickly and paid extra attention to folks needing to close out to make flights. Super friendly and attentive to everyone.

Nice and roomy. It's Richmond so not a lot of people coming through here..Food was good for an airport. Had the chicken strips and fries. 21.00.Armando was great. Greet and order were timely. Food was out, fresh, in about 7 minutes.

Savannah is the most amazing server I’ve ever had! So attentive and caring. She made my layover & delay not as bad as it could’ve been. Thank you Savannah!!

We had a great experience. Mel was our server and did an excellent job, and she was still in training! Food was so delicious! A airport meal before our flight.

Amanda my server did a great job, I didn't have much time before my flight(less than 30 minutes). She made sure the food came out fast and that I had everything I needed. The quesadilla was tasty and I would recommend this place and Amanda if you're traveling through Richmond Airport. The food is a little reasonably priced given that it is an Airport.
